what is this chest pain?

hello, so about a week ago i started feeling some very very mild chest pain, almost unnoticeable, and it stayed that way for about a week until today. now it’s very noticeable, and mostly a sharp pain, but sometimes more of an ache. it’s mostly on my sternum and left side of my chest, but it’s a bit on the right side too. i think it might be costochondritis, because i don’t have any shortness of breath. what do you guys think? i don’t want to go to the doctor yet, because if it’s just costochondritis it should go away on it’s own, but if in a week or so it’s not getting better i’ll take a trip to the doctor. any help is greatly appreciated, thanks. hi guys, so the title is obvious a drastic, but anyway i’ve been experiencing some chest pains. it started very mild, and it was only slightly noticeable when i stretched, other than that it was nothing. i smoke weed fairly regularly, so i stopped just in case that had something to do with it. it stayed mild over the course of close to a week, but all of a sudden today it’s gotten worse. it’s not very painful, but it’s definitely noticeable. it can be sharp but it can also just be a bit of an ache sometimes. i feel it mostly on my chest bone but it’s on both sides of my chest as well, but i think it might be a bit more on the left side. does anyone know what it could be or what i should do? i’d like to wait a bit longer before going to the doctor, in case it clears up on its own. what do you guys think? thanks [link] [comments] |

So i need to pay extra to get ahold of ultrasounds now because the new rules are that the ultrasound tech cant show the ultrasound. I have to turn around and pay pockethealth for something I’ve already paid for through taxes. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be found and fired from government immediately. Hi all,
I have a close friend who is interested in possibly health coaching online (as a virtual job), but so many companies end up being scams.
She is highly qualified as a personal trainer with an advanced degree and nutrition certification.
I was wondering if any of you have had success working with good companies that offer health coaching that I could recommend to her?
