Basically I am a teenager and I keep getting nose bleeds once a month atleast even while I am sleeping . At around midnight time whenever I am studying my heart suddenly beats so hard and rapid and my brain feels like exploding for a few seconds and I feel like I am gonna faint or die and also my vision gets blurred out or very bright but the feeling goes away when I focus on something else such as standing up. What could be the issue ?? I also don’t take any medication and don’t have any underlying medical issues.
