Which medications interfere with Covid19 vaccine?

Can I take Covid vaccine if I am taking antifungals and antihistamines? I am going to need to take these medications for months or more long. I read this article above but I could not understand if I can still take the vaccines if I am also taking Mycostatin (antifungal) and Zyrtec (antihistamine)
